Microsoft is preparing to give away a lo-fi version of their latest Microsoft operating system, Windows 7. Users can download a free release of candidate version of windows7 and it is valid till 1 June 2010. Microsoft stated,” the operating system is entering the final phases of development and is ready for partners to develop new applications, device drivers and services, and ready for IT pros to evaluate Windows 7 and examine how it will operate in their environment”

The officially build 7100 release candidate version, would likely be the last most important public test of the operating system, before it is finalized.
